week 3. This was the week when Leona really did start to shine, before hand she was good..but with week 3 onwards, she became amazing..This performace changed everything. She stepped up her game when it came to singing and performance. She became the favorite to win and remained favorite for the rest of the competition, with great performance after great performance.

I really don't get why everybody is comparing Leona to Fantasia? They both have different voices and sing it in a different way.
I personally like this version better, but that's just a matter of taste.
They both did a good job!

"Best performance of the night" says Louis Walsh! Haha, that was the best performance of any singer ever seen on Xfactor or any other British show. I remember watching it live and the goosebumps we all got. Amazing, amazing singer and this I think has been her best performance EVER (so far) ;)

yeah it's the best performance of any live performance i've witnessed.. Even on grammy's.. can't remeber watching a performance this good. I remember beyonce's performance which got her a standing ovation.. geez.. that performance wasn't even close to this one..

Sorry but anyone who says fantasia's version was better must be joking. Fantasia didnt even look like she enjoyed the performance and it was too soulful. This woman hits notes like no other. Shes world class. People keep comparing her to mariah carey. Saying shes not as good and all that crap. Well okay in some peopels opinions she might not be as good ... but unlike mariah carey, she aint stuck up her own a*se.
