She probably is Dominican,because the sad fact is,most Dominicans,even the ones that are undeniably black looking,have this fucked up mindset.Especially the ones that come to the United States. DR is an amazing country indeed.I visited last year with my friends and we loved it. Indeed there are a handful of black/light skinned blacks (which came as a surprise considering how most Dominicans in NY and Massachussets are very Latin looking and are similar to Puertoricans, Cubans or Brazilians.) but there are also quite a few light skinned people especially in the santago province. Very muliticultural which I found to be fascinating, cogratulations for having such a fabulous country.
