Location:
This hotel is located in the embassy district of Miramar, Havana. The hotel lies right by the sea and opposite the Miramar Trade Centre. It is just a short distance to a selection of shopping venues. The city centre is approximately 5 km away, whilst the old town is 7 km from the hotel. It is approximately 18 km to José Martí airport.
Facilities:
The hotel complex is a modern construction, which offers all the comforts of modern living. It comprises 317 rooms of which 301 are double rooms, 1 is a presidential suite, 3 are double bed suites, 4 are wheelchair accessible rooms and 8 are suites. The hotel also offers a lobby, an Internet café, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility, a small supermarket, a telephone for national and international calls, lifts, a café, a bar, a hairdresser's salon and a nightclub. A buffet is available in the main restaurant, whilst a German and an Italian restaurant are also to be enjoyed on the hotel grounds. Board games and electronic games are also available here, as is a laundrette, dry cleaning and event/ meeting rooms. Car hire services, public Internet access, medical attention, room service and free of charge car parking may also all be taken advantage of by guests. Taxis may be taken from outside the building.
Rooms:
Each of the rooms comes with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone with international services, individually regulated air conditioning, satellite TV, a radio and a hire safe. Also featuring within the rooms is Internet access, a minibar, a double bed and a balcony or terrace.
Sports/Entertainment:
The hotel attaches much value to the special children's programme. Also to be found in the hotel is a swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, a poolside snack bar, sauna (on payment of additional fees), sun loungers and a gym. It is possible to play racquetball, try out aerobic sessions, or enjoy water sports or a relaxing massage (for an additional fee).
Meals:
Guests may select their breakfast and evening meal from ample buffets. Lunch and the evening meal may alternatively be taken à la carte.
