IMPORTANT: do NOT drag Winrar icon from desktop/start menu to HIEW32. Means at 03:46 in this video, is the correct procedure, but there is no theoretical explanation about the correctness of it.
all over video is very informative. At first instance i become confuse because i tried to drag desktop and startmenu icon to HIEW32.
