How about cops not wasting their time (and our money) with bs traffic tickets. That's just a business after all. They should be sitting stake-out-style at bars and anyone caught entering the drivers seat drunk gets the shit kicked out of their drunk ass right then and there. =) Another reason to make marijuana legal. No one even wants to drive when their stoned. ...and I don't even use.
