i just researched further and someone said that you can switch the license up to 5 times in the life of the product for free though they may charge you for media and shipping.

The forwarding thing sounds pretty simple. I don't think I would've ever thought of that. I usually just check my email by leaving a Gmail tab open and glance at it freuently to see if I have any new messages. That's how I respond back to comments so quickly. I'll definetly have to try the phone thing. And any way you can post some tutorials on Adobe CS3 products?
