How is it that they sound just as good live as they do on their recordings? It's phenomenal! I know of very, very few bands that sound so close to their recordings, and Ben Orr's voice doesn't hurt that one bit. The guy is one hell of a singer!

I never gave a crap about he Cars back in the day. Now I have all their CDs on my Ipod right next to Rage Against the Machine and NOFX. Simple yet great group.

Probably the best song they ever did! And I have the blown-up speakers to back that claim. Seriously, Ben Orr is truly missed...I don't like the "New Cars". Kind of like watching the "Flintstones movie" after seeing the classic cartoons all your life.

Most definitely '79! Can tell by the clothes, hair. Ben had a very distinctive voice that 'made' the CARS!! They rocked... very definite sound.. LETS GO!!! WOOHOOOO!
