I think in 1996 or around then there was a blizzard. yeah. I couldn't walk in it or I'll be over my head in snow! of course I was 6 yrs. old. . . but yeah alot of S.N.O.W.

Shot at/from the highrise apt bldg at the Cornwall/Alabama/E Street triangle, mostly looking west toward downtown, WWU and the bay.

Happened right around Thanksgiving time. There were 3 major snows that winter, this one was the worst. Snow
ice lingered for almost a week. (PS. I like/agree with your userID (grin))

I remember that snowstorm, I was out on Chuckanut, and in the evening we lost power, and I was alone with my ailing dog Jack, and it was cold, and I was amazed at the authenticity of nature during those few days...

i remember when this happened. we had an average temperature of about 16 degrees for a week. it was so icy. that was the week that school was cancelled and this whole ordeal went down about summer break... it was quiet the process.... ahh good time

I remember this too. It was my first year in Bellingham, after moving from Baltimore. I was laughing because most locals in WA have a hard time driving in the snow, and they break out the tire chains even for a little dusting. Best place on earth to live though, Bellingham is a truly wonderful city.

Yeah, I'd only lived here a year when this happened. The natives said it was nothing compared to snows from years gone by. I really enjoyed it, though glad I didn't have to drive in it. :)
