This is a video I put together for a Product Management class in the MBA program at Georgia State University. The video is meant to illustrate the MacBook Touch concept - a tablet computer that uses Apple's multi-touch technology. For the class project we were required to come up with a new produ
ct concept and develop the idea using Product Development and Management techniques learned in class. The video was put together using iMovie '08 and is my first attempt at making a video. Several of the clips were taken from Apple videos on the internet, and some were recorded by me in order to si
mulate using multi-touch on a tablet computer. The concept mockup photos were done with Microsoft Paint. The video of Mute Math playing at the end is from their Flesh and Bones Electric Fun DVD. There are a few mistakes in the video and some things I would have liked to do differently had I had the
time, but I was working on a short schedule trying to put the rest of the project together. Overall I think the video came out well and made a nice ending to the final presentation in class. Music: "Reset" by Mute Math Video created by John Fudge ****Update**** Some have messaged me and asked

| On a serious note, with no like...waging war tone here...lol It really wouldn't surprise me if there were a lot of "Microsoft People"...obviously there are Mac Fanboy's and stuff, we all know there's Linux fanboys... and I recon for those that haven't been screwed around by Microsoft's mass crappiness in areas, there are Microsoft fanboys out there.. But the iPhone did cause I lot of people to get their act together... Bill Gates is a Microsoft fanboy =P.. Well, i think so..haha |

| i don't think there are microsoft fanboys because its too mainstream you know? everyone has windows, so nobody thinks its a big deal. its like how you don't ipod fanboys any more because now its conquered the market and nobody is gonna go "why do you have an ipod?" like in 2001. but pretty much everyone who has a zune becomes a fanboy because they have to defend their choice all the time. |

| I agree to an extent... I suppose fanboy may not be the right word...but I still I'll use it in the term of there are so many out there that are so used to it, or don't want to change that they will defend microsoft to their death on being the best thing out there, cuz its everywhere, despite all its flaws, acting as if it doesn't have any whatsoever; which we ALL know to be very, very false; both on an aesthetic and systematic level. Do you agree?...or disagree? or both? :P |

| i take that back about not happening, what i meant was that it wont happen this year, but i think that apple will release some kind of multi-touch screen computer that i could see looking like this. if this in fact comes out i will surely buy it (as long as it is at a reasonable price of course) |

| WOW!!! Great idea! I don't like the fact that there would be no way to avoid fingerprints on the screen (I have trouble with that on iPod Touch) but it has great features...like the virtual keyboard on Garage Band. |
