What makes disc so great IMO is that it is much more accessible than ball golf. All you need to play is 1 disc that costs less than $10, and courses are typically free to play. A round of disc golf is a lot shorter than ball golf as well, since the distances of holes are typically 1/2 to 1/3 as long. That means less walking and more playing!

Its not like golf at all. Its more like horseshoes. I'm not putting it down but when compared to golf... its doesn't require as much skill. Maybe if you had to do multiple throws to reach the end like golf but it doesn't
