I've performed this piece live myself as the original 2 performer version, and this version is way to fast. The subtlety of the rhythm changes is just completely lost with this performance, especially in a very 'roomy' environment. Shame really...

100% agree that this works better with fewer performers. This group makes it into "Clapping Phase". As an aside, the pattern is super simple and a great way to kill time with a friend while waiting around for a bus or something.

I find that watching it takes away from it slightly because the hand movement is not synced up with the sound in this video. Still, very interesting...
