Ham - spirit / soul.
Also - when inhaling SO , the enrgy goes to the 3rd eye removes the blocks and in the Ham the blocks are being grounded in the earth .

When exactly do I shift from focussing on the diaphragm to focussing on the sushumna and then onto to the nostrils? In what ratio do I distribute the 40 counts of "So ham" over these 3 regions? Kindly elaborate. Thanks!
