I DEFINITELY agree with you!, I could be wrong about this, but, I really feel like Marvin was dancing in the Spirit! That's a VERY beautiful thing!, I HATE the fact that He died!, Soul music has never really been the same ever since He tragically departed from the Earth. I truly hope that Marvin's at peace with Jesus in Heaven, in spite of all the heartaches he suffered here on Earth.(R.I.P. Mr. Marvin Gaye)

I know that his family (especially) his relationship with his father was very volatile/serious. But his father saw his 3 year old son, staight out of the church choir, and piano, wiggle and role his body on stage. Sounds like a very strict religion/or flat out ill. Marvin may have even had a cocaine problem but there is much more that needs to be known. R and B, and Soul, jazz, an everything musician.

My absolute favorite version of this tune. The fact that he has the flu or something only makes it better. I like the bit at 2:34 were he says "Hey brother" to a guy in the audience right in the middle of the chorus.
