dude, 64GB of memory in a phone is just absurd. And the iPhone doesn't really need a faster processor. It currently has a 620MHz Samsung ARM CPU. That's very fast for a portable device. The especially seeing as how the at&t tilt only has a 400MHz CPU. And also... faster CPU = less batt. life. But the ARM CPU has an intelligent power management system.
