Hendrix went to see his good friend Eric Burdon's new band WAR one night and was invited on stage to play guest guitar, he was dead less than 72 hours later.

some one gave this person like 4 thumbs down when this in all actuallity there was much evidence from a bandana tied TIGHTLY around his neck when they found him - and the fact that red wine poured from his lungs + stomach yet none was in the bloodstream.

This tragic fact also poses questions about the deaths of other significant artists who died under mysterious circumstances. Did Jim Morrison really drown in his own bathtub or did somebody "help" him?
