mgs and final fantasy r def the best game franchises ever. ff XII wasn't that great tho. FFX and MGS 4 r two of the greatest game in terms of storytelling and gameplay and . . . well . . . everything that's good about videogames, they're the best

Yeah man, i just wish my friends down here, would know the FF and MGS are the best of the Best, they only got to know MGS is the best caz of MGS4 (Great+Tearful Storyline) but now i hope they get to also experience the amazement of FF jus like they did with Metal Gear Solid. R.I.P. Snake

You basically just said that people can't like more than one game. That's not it at all, it's just some people can see that Halo is nothing special, just an ordinary FPS. Metal Gear-heads notice this more often because they tend to be more thinking, plot-oriented gamers, not mindless idiots who buy whatever people tell them to.

Snake doesn't die in MGS 4, he retires. i'm pretty sure there will be another MGS he always says that the next one will be the last one. mgs 5 might not have hideo directing tho.

Just because it isn't nice doesn't mean it's not true. And what part of that was opinion? The part where I said Halo is nothing special? It's true. Prove me wrong, what sets Halo apart from other games?
Plus, don't tell I'm 'not nice', and 'rude' when you clearly put down krazytube15 just as much as I put down Halo fans.

What sets the halo franchise apart from any other game is the same fact what sets the MGS. It takes the genre to the next level, I mean, why the fuck would everyone like MGS so good if it's stealth gameplay wasn't so ub3r? The same for Halo's FPS!
