In technology they excel, not in ground fight, they suck big time.
They can't invade, only attack from the air, but attacking Russia from the air is not a good idea, those Sukhois kick ass.
Meanwhile, the warmongering U.S. government got all the tax funds they wanted and more to keep the military fully outfitted and ready.
But, the Russkies never came, no missiles, no nuclear attack...
And U.S. citizens were made so much poorer by their conniving government...
