1st of all, poorly designed liter. A liter's handles should be longer or atleast extendable. 2nd of all, why the hell is he lifting it like that with one leg on the outside and one leg on the inside and his arms are crossing his legs. Stupid medic needs to have his hands outer holding the handles legs inline with the chest and center, he set himself up for entanglement.
