My unbiased opinion: Beyonce leaves "Xtina" way on the other side of the fence on this track...sorry. And who cares about the get-up? Beyonce could wear a Hefty garbage sack a la Missy Elliott and still look good, curves and all...yum!

Christina has still got soul, she just overdid her take on this classic song. No reason to put her down for one bad cover. Now tbh I think Beyonce is a lil hit and miss with me but I can honestly say, she sung this beautifully. She made it hers but didn't stray far from the original style and feel of the song, which lets face it, is a timeless classic. That alone makes it hard to change without recieving a raised eyebrow. I think Beyonce knew that...

I really don't know how people compare Beyonce to Etta James or Christina Aguilera....I mean, she had some good moments but a lot of times she just goes too guttural with it and doesn't actually sing. I love Beyonce, but she should definitely stick to the left and such. Etta didn't really look all that thrilled with this...she actually COMPLIMENTED Christina on her cover of the song. That says a lot more than silly youtube comments.
