These communist brain washing techniques were originally used on US prisoners of war during the Koren War. This is not only the origin of the term brain washing, it was also the justification for the MK Ultra project.

So you are saying that if the proper procedure had been followed,(Were the suspect is arrested and charges brought forth backed up by evidence and put on trial. And if the jury decides not guilty, the suspect goes free.)These people, who may not be terrorists, wouldn't have become terrorists.
But because of a bad policy of detention without trial you have potentially created terrorists and to you it makes sense to detain innocent men indefinitely as they may now be potential terrorists? WTF

I fail to see your logic. These detainees are people like you and me and have been in suspended animation for close to 7 years. They deserve access to a fair trial. How would you feel if your father went missing one day, for being in the wrong place at the wrong time, and it turned out that the chinese captured him and were holding him illegally.
