That's a tough choice as I own both. Resistance would last you a bit longer, because of online. It's on it's last legs online, because of Resistance 2 is about to come out.
Just go with Uncharted. You've got medals to can get doing things, trophies, rewards to unlock. It'll keep you busy for awhile. Lots of replay value.
