Why did you install Windows? Using Option to boot to a CD or other volume is fine, but Windows is simply unacceptable. If you're going to use it, at least run it in a VM.

Maybe you don't know this but SR sometime is destroyed with certain viruses, they delete every restore point before the infection so the user can't restore the previous state of windows.

Don't pay attention to the bozo, I like MAC a lot, but, for now, the world is still in windows, so prevention is the key, FF is a good choice for browser.
btw, Safari is not such a good browser... is really slow in windows, and is not so secure too, the best in security is Opera, then is Firefox, btw I like more FF, is more intuitive.

I had a virus from foolishily downloading something that gave me worms and trojans and it slowed down my computer. I downloaded Kaspersky internet security and it cleaned all the shit up. I have AVG free edition antivirus and it keeps my computer working
