it's the healthcare providers that inflate insurance costs. they charge whatever they want for services rendered as well as for services not even rendered. hospitals are getting busted for fraud more and more lately because of this.
another large reason for HC inflation is due to the UNinsured patients who have no medicare or medicade plans, i.e. illegal immigrants. their bills are passed onto us.
