Well, if you read my other post beyond the first paragraph, you'd see that I DID suggest alternative terms.
And just because you are black (which I highly doubt, but sure, whatever you say) doesn't mean you are immune to racism.

Multicultural ? That's crap. 'Multicultural' isn't an appropriate term for someone who has mixed racial genetic heritage. Culture and race are not interchangeable terms.
As for the word 'bi-racial', it's still a vague term because it could apply to any combination of races, not just white and black. All I wanted to know was whether she is mixed (black and white) and, if so, what percentage ? Can you find an appropriate word that will convey the information I need ?

Carole King is an awesome singer --songwriter. What does race or culture have to do with it? She could have two heads and be green with purple spots and she would still be Carole King. Honestly, why so critical? Thanks for posting this. Many of us appreciate it.

I love this version and the Isley Brothers of "Its too late". CArol King wrote a few songs for the Isley Brothers on the "Brother Brother Brother" album back in 1972
