Same thing happened to me a couple times. I realized that I was sending the wrong version. When you convert a song to AAC the first time, it'll play the song for 30 seconds but it'll still be the large file. That's why you have to do it twice like I do in the video so the file itself is 30 seconds and not just setting up a 30 second clip. Let me know if you fix it.

It works great for me but the only thing is when i add more than one ringtone, when i go into my ringtones on my iphone, it shows the same file twice. I only can put one song on, any suggestions?!

Thanks for the help but thing you forgot was to untick hide extensions for know file types in folder options but thx for all ya help 8)

Did you figure it out? I have Itunes 7.7.1.11 an IPhone 3G ver 2.0.1 and I was able to do mine just fine

WOW Thanks!!! That was sooo simple (after I unchecked the hide extentions). Worked like a champ!!!!!!!! I guess there's no way to do video ringers or call tones???
