Uhm, no. The final defenders of slavery in the US used the bible to show that it was God's will to allow for slaves to be kept. It was not the bible that convinced anyone to abolish slavery, but the development and maturity of our societies.

Atheism is not a doctrine, so it can't influence anyone to do anything, for good or for bad. Like making people in Africa believe that condoms don't work, an idea that the Pope is responsible for proliferating.
You're just listing a bunch of dates of abolishment that have nothing to do with any Church. Copy-pasting from wikipedia is fun, we know. As is slathering bible quotes all over the place, apparently.
