With all the scientist, doctors,and experts out there, why are bipolar people still not exempt from the law? That's because its a fact that they can control themselves and their disorder, and many bipolar people agree. So you want me to be rational...ok.....I believe the only reason you're defending this girl is because of her race. We have to stop making excuses and do something to help people with this illness, even it mean goin county( in the hood we call it MEDICAID). You apparently don't know how this disorder works and don't know anybody with it. Bipolar disorder has both the maniac stage and a depressive stage. These don't change within a minute or hour, they change after a month or two. That's why when people say "I'm bipolar!" they're a fucking idiot. They most likely have no control of emotional lability. Void of that though, if this girl was in her maniac stage she must have been like this for at least a few days to a month. No excuses for that!!!!
