You have 1 or both of these problems. Your club face is open at impact and/or you have an "over the top" swing and the path of the club doesn't go from in to out like it should and you cut across the ball. Figure out which one you have and go from there.

If you have a huge slice, do you mean that the ball starts right of the target then goes left? Or does the ball start right and go farther right (for rightys)? If the former is true, you are coming over the top or cutting across the ball imparting left-to-right spin on it. Try hitting the ball to right field. This will get you to swing inside-out and hit a straight shot or a draw.

well earlier in his career tiger claimed he was more asain becuase he was ashamed of his origans, he was just a boy, and he knew how many people in golf were and some still are.. but as time progressed he became more comfortable with himself..and has helped change the sport in that regard... but who cares?
