It would be in neutral, there is a bit of movement through the transmission even in neutral, only shows when the car is off the floor obviously. Remember, these things idle at about 6000rpm or something silly. It would be going alot quicker than that if it was in gear ;)

Yep, is clutch drag, they don't build it to last more than a hand full of hours, and it spends 99% of that time in gear.
Also, F1 cars idle around 6000rpms because the power doesn't come in until about 12000, and redline until 19000+... that's how you get 850+hp out of a 3.5L v-10... or in the renault's case, reported 1000+ hp.
