= Venir de faire quelque chose
(also) Venir juste de faire quelque chose
(also) Venir tout juste de faire quelque chose
(By adding « juste » or « tout juste » you emphasize the fact that it's JUST happened. The longer the sentence the more recent the action. The main meaning is the same.)
→ Satoshi has just bought a new car.
聡さんは新しい車を買ったところです。
= Satoshi vient d'acheter une nouvelle voiture.
(or) Satoshi vient juste d'acheter une nouvelle voiture.
(or) Satoshi vient tout juste d'acheter une nouvelle voiture.
*TO BE ABOUT TO DO SOMETHING
何かをするところです
= être sur le point de faire
→ Tony is about to propose to Mia.
トニさんはミアさんにプロポズするところです。
＝ Tony est sur le point de demander Mia en mariage.
To propose (to someone) / (誰かに) プロポズする
＝ demander (quelqu'un) en mariage.
Will you marry me ?
=Veux- tu m'épouser ? (familiar)
=Voulez-vous m'épouser ? (formal)

La langue française est certainement beaucoup plus difficile à maîtriser au niveau de l'orthogrpahe ou de la conjugaison que l'anglais ...
L'orthographe anglaise est plus particulièrement sa conjugasion son extrêment simples et basiques, je trouve, a mon sens. Puis c'est sûr que d'ouvrir un livre tout les 36 du mois n'arrange pas l'enrichissement de la langue ;)

@phiphixx. Des langues comme le français (ou l'espagnol,etc) sont beaucoup plus structurées que l'anglais. La faiblesse des règles en anglais fait que le "ticket d'entrée" parait plus faible, mais en réalité cela devient vite un handicap.
Les langues + struturées demandent un premier effort plus important, mais facilitent grandemnt la progression alors que des non natifs anglophone atteignent assez vite un pallier, perdus par le manque de règles.Voir les travaux du linguiste Sapir par ex
