A good transitional style for relaxed to natural is braids. Many people just cut their hair off and start over but if you don't want to do that braid your hair and clip the ends in between. I've been natural for 3 years and my hair is long and thick. If you just leave it out and allow it to grow it will not be very pretty. It will start to thin out at the ends and you might have a relaxer relapse.

go for your natural hair and that is the best way to go WHY< The Most High made you hair to be natural. Nappy hair is 9 ether. It is your universal crown. GODDESS lock it up as it grows spiral. Yeah if I was you I would just erm... man thats a toughie. My mom rags on me when I use my sisters iron, I have kinda wavy soft hair like my dad, she likes it, I think it makes me look like a girl.

Learn early what makes you happy and do that. I learned later in life but I am still young so now I am doing what makes me happy. So iron away those waves if you want to!! lol

i never did the big chop so i have relax and natural hair. i do is deep conditioning treatment. i use white rain coconut conditioner, 2 tbsp of softee coconut grease, 1/3 or 1/4 c detangler sometimes i will add canned coconut milk. i will put plastic cap on & heat dyer cap for 45 min to 1 hour. sometimes i will leave in all night & rinse it out in shower. pat dry put got2b(heat protectant)curvacious hot iron spray on it. it blows out really easily and i wrap it

its works for me & most people think my hair is relaxed. i like braids & twists but i do not have the patience for it. too much shampoo make my hair dry mess. i shampoo 1x a month & i do deep conditioning 2x a month. i do mild acv rinses when needed instead of alot of shampooing & for oil sheen i use olive oil in spray bottle. i blow roll wrap roller set wear a fro. my hair is really soft and manageable it is fuller than when i relaxed it so wrap it when i want to look it sleek. stay natural
