Ok, Beach's playing is very good technically, but his sound is nowhere near as intense or enchanting as Lynch's who has that speacial "feel" in it. And even though I like Winger very much, they never had as interesting guitar licks as Dokken did in Lynch era, not even close. Lynch wrote amazing songs in the 80's but sadly haven't redone himself.

Without forgetting the Great Man who composed this solo! ;) I'd dare to say that I prefer this Reb's version, i dont know... I just like the way it sounds better ....guess Im a ShredAddict or something... (i do like Dokken, they're great). Well...crucify me now hehe...

Reb Beach is an awesome player. Both lynch and beach are unique in their styles and both sound great.

Studio version is best, beats this and all other live versions I've seen.

Are you guy's kidding me who say this version is better than George's!?
He doesn't even play the most difficult part of the solo which is the alternate picked runs after each open string double hammer-on run.
Christian? No, any long hair rock playing band is not Christian. Christian means living Holy and without sin; Christ like. You have to read the King James bible to find out what it means to even begin living a Holy life.

IMO, that is a lot better than any Lynch solo I've heard in the past five years. Lately George has been playing like an old man.

If you watch the Reb Beach interview on the DOKKEN DVD, Reb said "He doesn't do George, and he respects him a lot", I still have the pick that he threw to me.
