the attention span of the American public is that of a 3 yeras old, and their ability to comprehend complex but necesary issues like the ones presented by Ron paul is limited or non existance. The dump lazi sheeps that now populate the American public voter's realm are too many to allow the few intelligent voters to make a difference. Sorry, the revolution envisioned by Ron Paul will not be televised in 2008, instead in 2012 or 2016 maybe. Only a charismatic politician like Obama can now do it.

Sadly, I am one of the few smart ones that can be realistic enough about the limitations of the political system and how they allow at a time like this a charismatic candiddate like him to get ahead. If anything let him stumble into a role of real change that maybe he might actually turn into a real difference at the end. Ron Paul will have to wait his turn, the American people are not ready for real direct change right now.

I have never said that I am going to vote for him for sure, if he keeps changing his positions on every thing and trying to win everyone over with little or no regard to his original message I may not do that. Sadly he will become a caricature of the original message of change he had. He will become a
nother politician, just his controversial but potentially right on the money former pastor once said. And that will be the saddest part of the story, I will vote for Barr or Nader instead.
