I know what you mean I was at a public boarding school for 5 years. But it wont be long before it is short sleeve order..well definitely in southern England where we are from!! - Or am I talking too soon? The weather is more like mid-June than mid-April!!

I am from the Netherlands (Europe) so sorry if my english is kinda bad , We dont have to wear school uniforms , infact i can wear whatever i want (except things with fuck on it) cause it is a christen school sorry dont now how to spell it , i dont have to wear stupid pants or shirts with ties and shit , i usualy wear Brown Leather shoes of Lacoste with a nice jeans of Pall Mall G-Star or something like that en then a shirt of Puma or Nike

True you don't get to wear your normal clothes but like guppygirl said some people judge others by what they wear and the school uniforms helps get rid of that problem. I could go on but I won't

i think urs is better than mine. check out malaysian school uniforms. search images on msn with "malaysian school uniform" in the searchbox. i like school uniforms just that i wish different schools had different uniforms! sigh..

at my school we wear a grey tunic,(heavy)a white long sleeve shirt,with a stupid big round collar,grey tights and regulation blood red jumper and grey blazer,and all girls with long hair must have it up in red ribbons,this is just the winter uniform,youve got it good ....

my catholic high school got rid of skirts the year before i came in and now we have to wear UGLY SKORTS!! but i roll mine really short, everyone does. we have polos and oxford shirts and the teachers always say "tuck them in" and we rebel...now this year we have uniform SHOES! ugh. at least im almost out of high school.

Myes, I do live in the Netherlands, and schools here do not require uniforms, only during the physical education. AND weed, mushrooms, prostitution etc. is allowed... So come have a look lol. x)

i like uniforms. i have an ugly summer uniform that looke like a table cloth, but i love my winter uniform. it looks nice.

I think school uniform is a good idea, because with the obsession with fashion amongst teenagers today it prevents bullying.
But yours is terrible. O__o at our old school, we wore black or red polo shirts and black trousers - boys and girls. I can picture you wearing that, but not your current uniform.

I have to wear a white plo shirt with a tie,and skirts that are knee length for girls in either blue,green or khaki,pants for boys,uugh,well wearing a uniform realy isnt that bad i sappose,but sometimes can be a little annoying.

my catholic high school got rid of skorts and skirts the year before i cam so im stuck wearing these really uncofortable pants that have one pocket in the back(so us girls always look like were grabbing ourselves when taking out something) and we have polo shirts vests shorts and for whatever reason we have uniform shoes and SOCKS

mine is simple,
its a aloha polo or dark green polo with pleated tan khaki skirts. but we have to tuck in our shirts :(

I went to a boys prep school it was ties and blazers for me. We also had a vest but it was optional. you had to be wearing at least two of the three clothing items, except on fridays where we only needed one.

at my highschool we wear a gold white green and blue plaid skirt either a kilt or just pleats all over and a blue green or yellow shirt with my schools name on the left. we can wear any kinds of sox and any kinds of shoes we want to so i dnt have a problem with the uniform.
