It's personal preference. It was normally for the 23 but lots of people do it with 12. And it's tends to be easier with the one you start with first.

this is weird! i watched your vids Eso...but b/c my 3 isnt that limber, as i watched the tutorial on charge normal, i was actually practicing the reverse!...i know reverse realllyyy well...but now i can't seem to learn normal...have u heard of this?

when ur doing the charge reverse and your looking at your palm, should the pen be going clockwise or counter clockwise

If you're right handed then the pen should be going anticlockwise and vice versa for a left hander.
