Took my 9 year old to see them at an outdoor concert. She was a bit bored, but listened. I kept telling her someday she'd have a story to tell, seeing the Allmans, just like me seeing the entire (alive) Dead, and my brother in law seeing Zeppelin. Someday I hope she thanks me!

That's awesome. My parents did the same thing for me. I remember when I was about nine, my father took me to see America at the state fair. There I was, a little girl, singing my BUTT off to each and every song. I even saw Boston at a show like that and got Brad's autograph. It's a real shame about him...
