Tracy Fleming - Chief Instructor Our Chief Instructor is a world renowned martial artist. Instructor Tracy began his martial arts training when he was 6 years old. His mother encouraged him to get into the martial arts to keep him out of trouble, and to help him grow up in a positive environment. He began his training in Tae Kwon Do, and received his black belt at the age of 12. When Tracy was 14 years old he met Chan Pui, Master of the Wah Lum Kung Fu Temple. Master Chan Pui personally invited Instructor Tracy to train intensely to become an instructor in the Wah Lum Tam Tui Northern Praying Mantis Style. Sifu Tracy Fleming became an instructor and also became one of the top competitive martial artists in the US, traveling to Europe and China to compete, where he was undefeated. After leaving the busy world of International Competition, Instructor Tracy met Master Cao Lihong, who was an expert in Northern Shaolin 5-Animal Style, or Wu Xing Ba Fa. Master Cao explained the more intricate aspects of the Chinese
Styles, from the applications of every movement in every form, to joint locks, internal body movements, and meditation. Along with body conditioning, wooden dummy training, and chi kung development, Tracy became an instructor in the 5-Animal 8-Methods Style. Instructor Tracy believes, just as Bruce Lee did, that all styles are good and have something to offer.
