While hunting for other material from an old tape, I ran across this segment. For people who watched Carson regularly, you may recall Jimmy Stewart would show up with a poem from time to time. I got a kick out of those so I'm posting this little segment which I'm simply calling the "No More Milk (Blues)" Poem.

if your going to create such a scene, longing for some sort of reply or attention, at least think it through and post a coherent thought. but i suppose that if you had given any thought to these comments before posting you would never had posted this, and instead appologized to your mother.

Being much younger when I would see this live, I used to roll my eyes when Jimmy would start and stutter doing his poem...but by the time he was finished he always left me with a smile and a good feeling inside. Did you know Jimmy was a AF General and flew a combat mission in Vietnam? His resume is unique, a great American.
