Why on earth would a cop request that a bed ( the center of the whole homicide investigation) be burned??? The bed could have been laced with tons of evidance!C'mon...? Ridiculous. Dixon certainly seems like he's hiding something but the decision made by that sheriff is just not right. There more to this!!!

Of the 3 suspects identified, Dixon seems the most suspicious. His tears during the interview seem maudlin. And his testimony that he said a prayer is bizarre. Even if he was a religious fellow, you'd think the shock of finding a body would cause him to think only of getting to a phone and calling police. Could Dixon have been a rejected gay lover wannabee? Perhaps he was also the prowler the night of Eric's date, and was harassing the couple out of jealousy.

I don't know what "greek buggery" is (not sure I want to), but I sure know that the bed burning has to be one of the most bizarre law enforcement decisions I've heard of. And first he says he decided to do it b/c of its "lack of evidence", but then he says it was done so that the family didn't have to "view the horrid things left behind"!! I still don't think he's the killer, but it's sure a head-shaker.
