Peter Gabriel fused a/v with his masks in '67. Floyd were visual to a great degree at the same time.
Smashing guitars does not make a kind of audio/visual art.
In hindsight, it's embarrassing.
Collectivism in its various forms -- socialism, communism, corporatism, feudalism, military dictatorship -- has enslaved, murdered, destroyed men for years.
If only the peasantry would stop getting fooled by Udopian Utopian stories and schemes.
Wily politicians know how easy it is to get peasants to surrender themselves. Promise them utopia.
They fall for it everytime.
at this point I'll agree to disagree. Regardless if you think Pete's "art" is worthwhile or not; IT IS iconic of latter 20th century pop-art.
Other than that I don't know.
