| im surprised by jansons. he's generally very good, but there are many hackneyed and sloppy moments in this. maybe they were just having a bad night. however, in their defense from personal experience, this is a very very difficult and tricky piece to play. |

| I`m surprised me too, they didn`t respect any tempo indications on the Enescu`s score , and many times they are not together - strange for this wonderful ensemble , the viola solo moment was to fast has poor expressivity and the orchestra was too loud. the feeling is that they play it just to fulfill a concert program not to make music , to fast in many moments and it`s a bad advertising for Berliner Philharmonic . |
