Well, I understand that Congress is working on the Net Neutrality thing, my question is, can I create my own dsl or a way to get online, and can I create a way around all the blocks that will be put in place so I can keep getting the truth and news outside of the corp media box?

The Gov might take hold of public servers, but they will not be able to do anything about privately owned and run servers. There will be many people who will still put the news out on these types of web servers. I wouldn't worry to much about congress because the more the try to secure the web the more insecure it becomes! :)-
