no you dumbass, this isn't communist china, you can't be arrested for that.
the reason he was arrested was because he paked a flatbed truck in the middle of the road in front of radio city music hall, and proceeded to do a show on it.
that's called obstruction of traffic, and he was probably arrested for refusal to move his vehicle, as well he should be, because traffic in manhattan sucks to begin with.

The police obstruct my traffic every time I have to pull over because a cop car is blaring their sirens on the road in the pursuit of abuse. Can I arrest them for obstruction of traffic.
