I love Keith's music. His solo version of Time on My Hands from the Carnegie Hall concert is just perfect. But I brought up Gary's bass sound. Gary's a great musician, and sure chooses the right notes, and deserves the bass chair, but I can't imagine how this music would sound if he sorted his ampy rubber bandy sound out. Better.

Die Musik ist von einer kraftvollen Bewegung bestimmt, weg von der Romantik zu mehr Abstraktion. Der Gewinn einer differenzierten emotionalen Expressivität ist unüberhörbar. Trotz der gelegentlich nur versteckten Referenzen an die Originalmelodie und der sehr freien harmonischen Annäherung. Sehr schön!
