Actually, the name of the original version in Japan is "Nokabe" (脳カベ) a.k.a. "Brain Wall". "Human Tetris" is only a nickname. ^_^

This is by far not as good as the japanese original. They should have done it like at Takeshis Castle in the past. Showing the originals and use a voice-over speaker who explains the games and stuff.

This game is the same basic game as the Japanese show, who did it first. Thus, it's a copy of that show.
It's irrelevant whether it was paid for or not. It's still a copy.

No, it's blind wall. It is mirrored but the challenge was not to look at the wall and have your partners tell you the position. Hence the name 'blind wall.' But yeah it was mirrorred aswell. Butt pause at 0:34 and you can see he wasn't looking at the wall.

I know it's a mirror Image. But pause at 0:34 and you can see he wasn't looking at the wall. Thats because his two PARTNERS were off scrren telling him what shape to make. And if you read my comment it says...
It is mirrored but the challenge was not to look at the wall and have your partners tell you the position.
His partners are off screen. There are different versions. You can have your partners tell you. Or like this one, face away and your partners can show and tell you.
