Al Qaeda's existence can be proven by their propaganda videos. That one thing. As of now, and since the war started, they have been fighting an non-conventional war on US troops in Iraq and Afganistan.
As for the WMD's, General Georges Sada wrote a book and in it included that he watched the weapons cross the border into Syria in convoys. Sada was an important staff official in Hussein's regime, but he was actually a Christian.

Yes. Disorderly conduct is a crime. A misdemeanor, but a crime.
Examples: drunk in public, loitering, being disruptive to others, disturbing the peace, etc. Who made that law up? I don't know, but every state in the US has some type of disorderly conduct law. It has nothing to do with free speach. Or does the first amendment give us unlimited freedoms now?
