The reason why they picked the Z06 instead of the ZR1 is because it had the same stated 0-60mph as the GT2. They did not consider the price, the luxury, or the sophistication of either. Remember, Autocar magazine does not have a TV show, so these little demonstrations are purely for the youtube viewer and for GENERAL benchmarking for a magazine review for the reviewer. Chris Harris does not judge which is better to buy.

even if he "cant drive" which he can.. the driver error unless he misses a gear would never equal the car lengths the GT2 is taking out of it. I'd like to see a rolling start, from like 25 to get a better guage also.

This guy can drive,very well in fact.His name is Chris Harris and is well known in the English motoring press.Check out the video of him driving the Porsche RS Spyder when he was invited to Weissach by Porsche.They dont let just anyone drive their new race cars.
