I decided to try 9 days program rather than 30days. I've done 10 days Master Cleanse (no food but lemonade), I lost 7 pounds, but after a month i gained it all back and six months after i gain 10 pounds extra. I'm lazy so I always look for something that allows me to lose weight quick without having to work out. Believe me, no pills or program works. I started on 7/7/08 and lost 6 pounds went from size 6 pants to 4 so I continued another 9days.

I totally agree. I tried so many things that cost more. I'm sure I'm not the only who did that. So $150 or $250? That's nothing.

Open-minded people are always successful. Obviously you're not. I agree exercise and eat right is the key. That also didn't work for me. Sometimes, everybody have different types of body and metabolism. You can't just put your mind into one thing. I hope that's not how you run your life in general.

Some are saying that this weight loss must be unhealthy, just because it happens quickly. Isagenix helps you lose fat while gaining muscle. I lost 68lbs and now I have the control to keep it off. The system has over 240 nutrients to give your body what it needs for nurishment and remove impurities. this stuff really works. You lose weight and inches and increase energy. I was also scepticle but gave it a try. I went from a size 12 to a six in two months. It is totally worth a try, because you won't be dissapointed.

Biggest Loser (the show) gives the best example of how to lose weight long term.
Eat less food more often (every 3 hrs or so) and exercise.
If your caloric intake is less than the calories you expend in a day then you will lose weight 100%.
My sister in law did this for a few weeks and was bragging about losing weight without having to exercise (stupid). Of course she gained it all back because she never changed her lifestyle.

WhAT A JOKE! This is nothing else than Slim Fast. I just hope that stupid stuff gives them the minerals and vitamins they miss out on during that crash diet. I had lose weight fast because I was sick with high blood pressure and joint problems so I did sth. similar but if I hadn't had the support of the group, the dietician, the sports instructor, and one year of constant eating therapy, I would have gained absolutely everything back in that same damn year.When you're obese, you need therapy.

Questions to ask yourself: 1) Do I plan on taking Isagenix for the rest of my life? 2) Will I keep the weight off after I stop using Isagenix? 3) Am I unhealthy because my body is lacking Isagenix? 4) Can I get better nutrition just by eating whole, fresh fruits and vegetables for 9 days instead of $200 worth of stuff that doesn't taste good? 5) Does Isagenix help me lose weight because the program gets me eating less calories and working out? Could I do that without Isagenix?

i totally agree.. i've tried every diets out there... none works.. my chiropractor introduced me to isagenix so i gave it a tried. i started off with 9 day program and loss 5 lbs, then i did another 9 days and loss another 4 lbs... did it work? yes, only because i ate less than 1200 calories/day, actually i ate less than 1000 cal/day and exercise 30 min/day.. so, it worked only because i was so discipline to my diet..

i actually loss 10 lbs prior isagenix for simply eating subway sandwich for 2-3 months, taking about 1200 cal/day..
i stopped isagenix for about a month now, i gained 5 lbs back only because i was not discipline..
so diet only works when we're committed and discipline.. but most of all, i kept my word that i will lose weight...
i have 10 lbs more to lose then i'll be back to my ideal weight again.. imagine i went from 105-135 in 3 years..
I CAN DO IT DAMN IT BECAUSE I KNOW I CAN!

I am not a rep but it seems like this is not a diet it's a detox with a side effect of loosing weight. when you detox it's a certain formula you need to use. You can't do it with just vegetables and fruit. I actually did with lemon Juice and pure maple syrup and chayenne pepper. But that one is hard because you don't eat any food at all. And I didn't loose a lot of weight either so maybe this is a good combination for people. I saw some pictures of people who lost a LOT of weight. Good for them

I love Isagenix! I started the program on Jan. 1, 2008 and in six months I lost 35 lbs. in a very healthy way! I also lost a total of 41 inches! I've been on the maintenance program for five months now and plan to stay on it for the rest of my life! I am a young 55 and feel 20 years younger! It took me two months to finally decide to try it because I am not a "shake" person and not very disciplined. I tell you with all sincerity, if I can do this, anyone can! IT REALLY AND TRULY WORKS!!

The answer to Questions 1 is "YES", therefore, Question 2, does not apply. Question 3 is "YES" it was! Question 4 is "NO" because you can eat all the fruits and vegetables you want, but that is NOT enough! Question 5 is "NO". I have not exercised one second on this program (which I am not condoning and plan to do Yoga and Pilates to tone up) and also, you automatically WANT to eat healthier, so a 600 calorie meal of healthy food is a LOT! Isagenix is the key ingredient to having success!

EVERYONE has a chance to make money with this, if you CHOOSE to do so. No.8: Roy Williams of the Dallas Cowboys for starters. No. 9: YES! Well common sense if you cut your calories in half you cant help but to lose wieght, but you will easily gain it back if you revert back to your unhealthy life style. Now colon cleansing i dont know much about..I am however interested I dont think think its up to par with all the hype.
