the first time i heard abbey road, was on cassette. Its just the way i grew up. Alot of people don't understand that. I rambled but the cds do sound really bad. Plus the early releases are all uk version. They need to release the us version of rubber soul on cd, it is much better. For now i am spinning my records. I love looking at the album covers and watch that apple label spin all day long

what i love the most of the vinyl is the sides are mix up. Like for ex one records has side 1 and then you flip it and its side 4. You get a diff experience everytime you spin. You can't get that with your precious cds. My sister says i am a studmuffin but i think she is just being nice

Hi everyone!
The reason because the old vinyl sounded too much better isn't just it was analog sound (the same you hear with your ears), IT IS A COMMERCIAL ISSUE.
Somebody still wants to sell vinyls, CDs, and MP3s so... they still make different mixdown to get different sounds. So... you have to buy all their products.
That's all folks!!!
Anyhow, I love Beatles music!!!!!!!

George Martin wanted them to lose the garbage and make it a 14 track LP, but by this time The Beatles were a law unto themselves and said no to that suggestion..shame !
